Both the Standard Package & Pro Package requires you to take the responsibility of:

- Web hosting (I recommend: Siteground)
- Studiopress Themes (See choice of themes here)
- Email Marketing (My recommendation: Mailerlite)
Terms of Service
Your access to and use of the services offered by Hearmefolks is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, users, clients and others who access or use the website and its services.
This website can be accessed by most countries around the world.By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access this website.
PayPal is the only form of payment I accept. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may pay invoices securely by inputting your credit card information directly through the PayPal website.
Due to the nature of design work and the quick turn-around time on my projects, you have to pay a non-refundable deposit fee of $75 for a Standard package and $250 for a Pro package. This fee will go towards the overall price of your design. I do follow a strict no-refund policy, so please do not make any payments until you are sure you would like to move forward.
Generally you can expect to receive a draft of your design within a week from the day I begin your project, but I will confirm the exact timeline with you via email. Each revision of your design may take an additional 2-4 business days depending on the complexity of your request. Once a design has been approved via email, I will likely complete the live install within 48 hours.
Please note that all timelines are merely estimates, and ultimately I will take whatever time necessary to provide you with a quality finished product. Due to the variable nature of blog/web design, delays do occasionally happen and are not considered grounds for a refund.
Other Important Terms
Once you have placed your order, make sure that you check your emails frequently. Failure to respond in a timely manner (no more than 2 or 3 business days) may result in your design being put on hold. If this happens, other projects will take precedence and I may not resume your project for up to 3 weeks from the date you are ready to move forward.
If you want to keep your old template, you are responsible for saving that yourself.
I am not responsible for adding content to your site. We will set up pages and connect links, but you are responsible for writing posts and text for your blog.
You are also consenting to allow Hearmefolks to add a screen shot of the final design in my portfolio.
You may at times be required to provide certain information about yourself (like name and email address) as part of the subscription or to access either services or resources (like ebooks, courses, content upgrades, cheat sheets etc). You agree that any information you provide is genuine and accurate.
For the setting up the blog you will have to allow me to enter your blog site to install your blog. You may temporarily change your password to give me the access if you prefer.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you provided to use our services and resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
I am not liable for any loss or damage to your blog or website content while installing your design. To date, I have never lost or damaged a client’s content, but it can happen, and it is your responsibility to back up your website before and after the installation process.
I do not guarantee to have your design files backed up for any length of time. If for any reason your web or blog design is lost or damaged, I will fix or reinstall it for a fee if I have your files available.
Hearmefolks reserves the right to refuse service to any client that does not meet certain standards or does not comply with our terms of service. Thank you for your understanding!
